the high efficiency axial fans are used when large air volumes at medium or low pressure have to be handled.

More specifically, they are ducted through galvanised sheet metal ducts to ventilate, cool or dry various types of systems.

CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS
High efficiency axial fans are used when large air volumes at medium or low pressure have to be handled.

CASING
The casings of the high yield axial fans are made of hot galvanised steel plating and painted electrostatically with a synthetic resin powder.

FANS

The high efficiency axial fans are fitted with aerodynamically profiled blades (size 200 to 300 in painted galvanised sheet steel. Sizes from 315 to 630-6 in plastic and from 630-4 to 1000 in aluminium).

The fans or blades are mounted directly on the rotors of the external rotor motor. The fan motor unit is balanced with a balancing grade of G 2.5 in accordance with DIN / ISO 1940.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

The motors have a lateral cable. The electrical connection is made through an IP44 terminal box which is supplied together with the motor.
