FAET Srl, leader in insulating materials for electric motors, transformers, and EV components, has acquired a 30% stake in Politubes Srl, a Lombardy-based company specialized in spiral tubes and insulating caps for the electromechanical and automotive sectors.
This strategic acquisition enables FAET to expand its product range, especially in the growing EV market, while Politubes gains a strong industrial partner to enhance product reach and development. The collaboration aims to create economies of scale and establish a European hub for electrical insulation.
