CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI:
Il relè 4CR utilizza un armatura per fornire il funzionamento positivo.
I contatti a doppia interruzione forniscono eccellenti prestazioni di conduttività elettrica e termica per fornire alta capacità di commutazione e vita elettrica.
Per i contatti da 25 Amp viene utilizzato un contatto all'ossido di cadmio argento.
FUNZIONAMENTO:
I valori riportati indicano il massimo pick-up ed il minimo drop-out di corrente.
Pick-up è la minima corrente necessaria per chiudere i contatti dei relè. Drop-out è la corrente minima che consente di aprire i contatti del relè.
Un relè prodotto con un determinato rating avrà un pick-up ed un drop-put di corrente entro il limite indicato. La bobina relè 4 CR è in serie con l'avvolgimento principale del motore ed i contatti normalmente aperti sono in serie con avvolgimento primario.
Quando viene applicata la tensione al motore, la corrente che fluisce nell'avvolgimento principale passa nella bobina del relè creando una forza magnetica che ruota l'armatura.
Questa azione chiude i contatti del relè ed eccita gli avvolgimenti del motore.
Con l'aumento della velocità del motore, la corrente nell'avvolgimento principale e nella bobina del relè diminuisce al punto in cui la polarizzazione dell'armatura è superiore alla forza magnetica di attrazione, e l'armatura ruota tornando alla sua posizione originale.
Ciò apre i contatti del relè e scollega l'avvolgimento di avviamento.
