Dahrentrad® enamelled copper wire
DESCRIPTION:
DAMID PE wire is the best of Dahrentrad products as it offers an interesting combination of THEIC modified polyester covering under a layer of polyamide/imide enamel. This combination produces a great number of qualitative advantages difficult to obtain with a single covering: high mechanical and chemical resistance together with excellent thermal characteristics that make it a n irreplaceable material where a particularly strong but malleable product is required.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION:
The Damid PE type is particularly suitable in the production of electric motors, dry and emergency transformers, small transformers, current regulators and in all the applications where a robust seal of the enamel is required.
SPECIFICATIONS:
DAMID PE is manufactured according to IEC 60317-13 specifications, in accordance with standards BS 6811:3-3.3, DIN IEC 317-13, NF C31-663 and MW 35-C.
CLASS 200:
- Approximate temperature 200°C in compliance with IEC 60172>
- Thermal shock > 220°C
UL certification: DAMID PE, E101843, MW-35
