Properties:

The GREEN STAR LTO EP GREASES, are greases based on lithium soap, multipurpose, specifically developed for use in particularly heavy duty operating conditions, such as high specific loads applied, intermittent loads and impacts.

They have the following characteristics:

• Excellent resistance to high temperatures, up to about 160 °C, also with possible use at temperatures below – 20 °C.
• Excellent anti-oxidant, anti-rust and protective properties in regard to metals.
• High stability even in the presence of moisture and/or water.
• Excellent adhesion to metal surfaces.
• High dropping point.

Applications:

Lubrication of mechanical parts such as rolling and sliding bearings, joints and thrust blocks, guides and surfaces, centralised lubricating systems, etc. operating in heavy duty conditions due to high specific loads and the presence of intermittent loads or impacts.

Physical state at 20°C: Smooth

ASTM consistency dmm: 265-295

Dropping point temperature : >190°C

Solubility in water: Insoluble
