These are suitable for transferring liquids containing impurities of dimensions up to 2-3 mm. The hydraulic components: brass impeller, scroll and pump body in aluminium, mean that is can be used with water, emulsions and oily substances in general with viscosity not exceeding 3° Engler (21 CST). The temperature of the liquid must not exceed 90°C. They are ordinarily used on:

– Machine tools (milling machines – lathes – workstations)

– Machines for glass work (TRI version)

– Filtration systems

They are normally installed on a tank, with a capacity in proportion with the flow rate, at about 4-5 cm from the bottom. It is important to check that the maximum level of the liquid in the tank always stays 3-4 cm lower than the support flange. In cases in which the liquid is particularly dirty, we recommend making the tank with compartments to allow the dirt to be deposited before it is picked up again by the pump.
